Owing to our rich industry experience and knowledge, we are able to provide an array of Rural Egg Incubator. The incubator is made up of plywood in the exterior and plain sheet in the interior. Its wall is about 10 cm thick and thermocole is used to make it insulated. The whole device is divided into two chambers, upper and lower. The upper chamber houses the main component of the incubator i.e. the egg tray and source of humidity. While the lower chamber houses the thermal source, the speaker and the switches. Here the innovator uses electric lamp as the source of heat when electric current is available and in case of power failure the source of heat would be kerosene lamp. Both the light and the lamp heated the floor of the upper chamber (ceiling of the lower chamber). There is a regulator (same as that used in fan) by which the intensity of the light can be altered. This partition is made up of two-plane sheet and nothing is there in between, so the heat can easily be transfer. For the humidity a plate is placed below the egg try. From the try water gets evaporated due to heat and makes the chamber humid. In this incubator air is feed from four holes in the bottom which are connected with the upper chamber by four hollow pipes.
