ADSS cable is taken loose tube stranded structure .Fibers 250um are put into a loose tube made of high modulus plastics. Then the tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound.The tubes and fillers are stranded around a FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) as a non-metallic central strength member formed a compact and circular cable core. After the cable core is filled with filling compound,then it is covered with thin PE inner sheath.outside inner sheath it is stranded with a layer of aramid yarns as a strength member, at last the cable is completed with PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath.
